    Johnny Buscema Jr.

    President and CEO Defense Contractor

Johnny Buscema Jr. holds the title of President and CEO at S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, a Christian-oriented defense contractor recognized globally for providing ergonomic and safety-first equipment to the U.S. military branches, including the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, U.S. Coast Guard, and Special Ops. Since founding S.A.F.E. Structure Designs LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2016, he has steered the company to prominence as a top defense contractor in the United States, focusing on designing, engineering, and manufacturing custom solutions for military needs.

S.A.F.E.'s extensive product line caters to air, land, sea, and space initiatives. The company supports the Department of Defense (DoD) globally with products manufactured in the USA, spread across seven strategically located facilities. Each facility is uniquely equipped, enabling S.A.F.E. to meet extensive production demands without constraints. Johnny credits his professional achievements to his faith, saying, "Although we often don’t understand what Jesus is doing in our life, if we are obedient and faithful to the word of God, then when it’s revealed to us later, we will not be disappointed… And that is because Jesus never lets us down."

Before establishing S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, Johnny was the President, CEO, and principal partner at All Metal MS. During his leadership, he used his innate business operations and financial management skills to rescue the company from near bankruptcy, tripling its gross sales and production output. His earlier career in financial investing significantly contributed to his ability to effectively manage finances, reduce costs, negotiate with creditors, and restructure debt.

Johnny joined John Hancock, a leading financial services firm in the U.S., in 2001. Driven by a relentless ambition, he ascended rapidly within the financial industry. Leveraging his profound knowledge of financial investments and his family's strong background in real estate construction, he founded Stylistic Designs Developers in 2005—a general contracting firm based in Clearwater, FL, specializing in building residential, commercial, and medical facilities.

    Early Life and Career

Born in Long Island, NY, and raised in Florida, Johnny earned his degrees from the University of Florida, where he was not only a proud Gator Alumni and a dedicated member of the men’s track and field team. He was an outstanding hurdler focused on an Olympic career, having competed in the SEC and NCAA and qualifying for the 110M High Hurdles Olympic Trials. His Olympic ambitions were thwarted by an injury just two weeks before the trials. Despite this, he has continued contributing to the sport by coaching track and field at various Florida, Nevada, and Illinois schools. After joining John Hancock Financial Services in 2001 as a Financial and Investment Advisor, he rapidly advanced to become one of the youngest financial executives to lead a new branch in New Port Richey, FL.

In 2005, he launched Stylistic Designs Developers (SD2) in Tampa, FL. For over 35 years, this entrepreneurial venture has flourished, upholding a stellar reputation for ethical construction management. The company's portfolio includes modern commercial real estate, multifamily, single-family residential, medical facilities, and land development projects. In 2010, he transitioned his partnership interests to his father and a former university teammate, focusing his business acumen on All Metal MS.

    Innovative Industrial CEO

In 2010, Johnny partnered with All Metal MS, transforming the firm into a leading provider of safety-focused commercial solutions. The company specializes in producing maintenance stands, hangar equipment, portable field equipment, and specialty tooling for the aviation industry. These products have become vital to national workforce safety initiatives, improving safety and reducing hazards for mechanics and industrial workers.

The success at All Metal inspired him to launch S.A.F.E., and he has grown into a defense contracting leader, supplying customized mission-critical equipment. Under his leadership, S.A.F.E. not only adheres to Christian values but has also expanded its offerings to various industries, focusing on designing bespoke solutions that meet the unique requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense.

    Passionate Philanthropist and Christian

His commitment to faith extends into every aspect of his life, influencing his global business operations and philanthropic efforts. Alongside his wife, he has funded the construction of several Christian churches in impoverished areas and actively supports numerous Christian ministries. For more than 15 years, he has portrayed Jesus Christ in an annual drama by Judgment House, which has led over a million people to a personal relationship with Christ.

Through his leadership, Johnny Buscema Jr. exemplifies how faith-driven values can shape professional success and personal commitments, profoundly impacting business and community service.
